F.H. Paschen is seeking a Project Manager to lead Job Order Contracts and work orders in the Chicago region. You will report to the Regional Operations Manager or VP and supervise project teams and superintendents while coordinating with other PMs on proposals and contract costs.
The role requires strong construction management experience, cost reporting, and knowledge of scheduling software, with a focus on safety, quality, and MBE/WBE compliance. Competitive benefits are offered.

The Project Manager is responsible for Job Order Contracts and/or work orders in the Chicago region. The Manager reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager or Vice President for the Group.
$90,000-$135,000
F.H. Paschen reserves the right to offer the selected candidate or applicant an hourly rate or salary at an appropriate level to be set and determined by the employer that is commensurate with the applicant's qualifications, experience, education, skill training, certifications, or seniority.
