What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead planning, organization, and execution of large-scale, enterprise-level projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements assessment, project plan creation, resource management, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure
• Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, risk management plans, and issue logs
• Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Negotiate with stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate project risks

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
• Previous experience in a functional leadership role with supervisory responsibilities, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Proven expertise in healthcare project management, ideally in Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care environments
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior leaders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proficiency in MS Office; Smartsheet experience highly preferred
• PMP certification is preferred
