We are seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to provide day-to-day program management and governance support for this assignment. This role will work directly with the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Programs and will be embedded within the Supply Chain Center of Excellence.
The ideal candidate has strong enterprise software implementation experience, excellent project governance and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners while driving accountability without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
Program Governance & Tracking
- Maintain the master project plan, milestone tracker, RAID log, and program status across all workstreams.
- Establish and maintain a single source of truth for overall program health and status.
- Enforce entry and exit criteria at each project phase gate.
- Track open actions, follow up with owners, and drive timely closure between meetings.
- Monitor dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and key milestones.
Meeting Cadence & Facilitation
- Organize and facilitate daily standups, weekly core team meetings, biweekly working sessions, and monthly steering committee meetings.
- Develop agendas and ensure the right stakeholders are engaged.
- Capture decisions, action items, and key discussion points.
- Distribute meeting minutes and action trackers within 24 hours.
- Follow up on commitments and elevate items at risk of delay.
Systems Integrator (SI) Governance
- Monitor SI deliverables against the Statement of Work (SOW), acceptance criteria, milestones, and contractual commitments.
- Track budget burn, change requests, scope changes, and potential scope creep.
- Identify and escalation schedule, budget, scope, and delivery risks.
- Coordinate between the SI and internal teams including IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure cross-functional dependencies remain on track.
Executive Communication & Reporting
- Develop and maintain program status reports, steering committee presentations, executive dashboards, and other program collateral.
- Prepare concise, fact-based updates reflecting actual program health.
- Highlight risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and required actions.
- Support executive decision-making by presenting clear options, trade-offs, and recommendations.
Testing & Cutover Coordination
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and data migration validation.
- Track testing progress, defects, resolutions, and completion against established exit criteria.
- Coordinate go-live readiness activities and maintain readiness checklists.
- Support cutover planning and cross-functional go-live coordination.
Adoption & Change Management Support
- Track training completion, change champion engagement, and user adoption metrics.
- Coordinate organizational readiness across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business functions.
- Monitor post-go-live adoption and identify sustainment or training gaps.
- Support change management and adoption activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, including at least one enterprise software implementation.
- Experience managing or supporting an external Systems Integrator (SI).
- Strong experience with RAID logs, milestone tracking, project governance, and dependency management.
- Experience supporting executive communications and developing presentations/status collateral.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as Icertis, Agiloft, Ironclad, or comparable solutions.
- Experience supporting Procurement, Legal Operations, Supply Chain, or Supply Chain Technology programs.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations, e-signature platforms, and supplier master data.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Change management experience and/or Prosci certification.
- Experience with enterprise transformation, technology implementation, or business process modernization programs.
