Job summary

DeWinter Group seeks an experienced Project Manager IV to lead enterprise-scale procurement transformations, including GenAI integrations and workflow automation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multi-workstream programs.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive decisions, manage risks, and maintain governance across complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale, multi-workstream projects with executive visibility.
• Hands-on experience implementing procurement orchestration, workflow automation, or digital transformation solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving decision-making.
• Experience managing implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, risk management, and project governance abilities.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, establish governance structures, and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives

• 7+ years experience overseeing complex enterprise technology or business transformation projects, specifically in procurement or related areas

• Location: Hybrid (San Jose, CA), requiring 3 days per week onsite
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Duration: 6+ months
• Employment Status: W2 Only
• Travel: Minimal, as needed for project requirements
