Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Emplify Health is seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team to make a lasting impact on healthcare delivery with a primary focus on supporting ITDS initiatives across the enterprise.

As a Project Manager, you'll lead the charge on:
  • lead small to mid-scale projects: Masterfully manage various initiatives, navigating their intricacies with confidence.
  • Advanced project management: Utilize project management concepts and tools to keep projects on track, on budget, and on time.
  • Planning and execution: Develop comprehensive plans, break them down into actionable steps, and drive effective execution.
  • Evaluation and optimization: Continuously assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement adjustments for optimized outcomes.
What's Available:

Full time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/ week Monday-Friday Days Remote work options with ability work on site in La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI as needed. Will consider remote options for those who reside in WI, MN, or IA only.

Starting salary $69,600 and up, based on your years of experience.

To excel in this role, you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 1-4 years' experience in project management or group facilitation,
  • Preferred Project management experience: Demonstrated knowledge and application of advanced concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • PMP Certification beneficial
  • Relationship builder: Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Desired experience: Prior experience supporting healthcare technology initiatives, including enterprise applications, system implementations, digital solutions, workflow optimization, data management, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or other ITDS-related functions
