What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years as a Senior-level Project Manager with extensive experience in information technology and security
- Extensive experience working within State Government
- Highly proficient in business process modeling and analysis
- Proven ability to work effectively with multiple teams
- Advanced PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and an understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Strong ability to negotiate effectively with business and IT partners on requirements and timeframes
- Proven track record of working effectively in both business and technical environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance detail gathering with solution implementation
- Experience managing vendors is preferred
