The Project Manager (IT & Enterprise Transformation) is responsible for leading and executing strategic technology and enterprise initiatives across multiple operating subsidiaries. This role will manage the full lifecycle of projects including IT system implementations, enterprise transformation initiatives, and merger & acquisition integration activities.
The Project Manager will operate within the company’s enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) framework and partner with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, HR, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with broader strategic objectives.
This role requires strong project execution discipline, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, decentralized operating environment while balancing multiple concurrent initiatives that support the company’s enterprise transformation roadmap.
Project Delivery Leadership: Ability to manage complex enterprise initiatives and drive projects from concept through implementation while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, and outcomes.
Enterprise Transformation Mindset: Ability to support large-scale organizational initiatives that improve processes, systems, and operating models across the business.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively engage business leaders, technical teams, and external partners while managing competing priorities.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex operational and technical challenges and develop structured solutions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate project progress, risks, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting.
Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues early and implement effective solutions in a dynamic project environment.
