Project Manager, IS Clinical Research (remote)

We’re excited to present an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our client’s innovative team supporting clinical research and data initiatives. This role will be instrumental in planning, executing, and delivering key informatics projects within a complex healthcare environment. If you’re passionate about healthcare data and cross-functional collaboration and have a talent for aligning project strategy with operational success, this is a perfect fit.

Location: Remote OK – Preference to local candidates or within Pacific or Central Time Zone

Compensation: About $58/hr - $65/hr

What You’ll Do:

1. Participate in strategic planning and execution of clinical research data projects, supporting data acquisition and utilization
2. Provide program support for BioData Catalyst, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met across the project lifecycle
3. Oversee cross-functional project management activities in a matrixed environment, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies
4. Coordinate and manage detailed project documentation, reporting, and communications with diverse stakeholders
5. Lead status updates and facilitate communications between project partners, researchers, and technical teams

What Gets You the Job:

• 5+ years of health informatics project management experience, preferably in a Healthcare IT PMO
• Demonstrated experience with business cases, ROI reports, and electronic medical record systems
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented and articulate
• Proven knowledge of research regulatory requirements and formal project management methodologies
• BA/BS degree in a related field
• Experience with clinical trials, research budgets, HL7 CDA and/or FHIR standards, and academic medical environments
