Job description

We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Project Manager - Investment Services, Hybrid. This role will be part of the Investment Services team. Hours are Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, with one day in the office in NY City (typically Wednesday) and four days remote. The role involves supporting team members in managing client accounts, focusing on investment company compliance and variable product filings, while developing industry knowledge.

• Pay range is starting at $80k-$85k per year.

What You’ll Do :

• Assist in preparing various client compliance documents.
• Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate SEC filings.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and external counsel through participation in meetings and onboardings.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, directing or escalating concerns as needed.
• Document all client activities in internal workflow tools for tracking and billing.
• Develop knowledge of various document types.
• Stay informed about SEC rules and regulations.
