A well-established investment fund managing over $100 billion in AUM is seeking a dynamic Project Manager who thrives on collaboration, structure, and execution excellence to lead complex, high-impact projects from concept to completion. This role has deep investment industry knowledge to allow for effective design, modeling, analysis, system implementation and testing.
Pay Range: $130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Compensation: Up to 175k base + 30% bonus
Location: Madison, WI (3 days/week for residents within 1 hour, 1 day/week otherwise)

- Take full ownership of project delivery — from defining scope and timelines to ensuring seamless implementation.
- Align stakeholders across the organization, championing collaboration and accountability.
- Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and keep projects on track through proactive communication and structured problem-solving.
- Lead cross-functional sessions to gather insights, drive alignment, and turn strategic goals into actionable outcomes.
- Maintain rigorous attention to project budgets, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure project success through effective testing, user training, and continuous improvement.
- Keep leadership informed through transparent updates and performance metrics.
- 5+ years of project management experience within investment management or financial services
- Proven success leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives across investment operations
- Strong understanding of modern software implementation practices and change management
- Comprehensive knowledge of front-to-back investment operations, including systems, workflows, and data flows supporting investment processes
- Exposure to multiple asset classes, security types, and investment strategies, with an ability to connect business and technology perspectives
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred
