Qualifications

• Basic scheduling and budgeting awareness is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Planning: Assist project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control tasks across active construction projects.
• Track Progress: Help develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success.
• Ensure Compliance: Assist in monitoring project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with Risk Management: Help identify and track project risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Support Field and Office Coordination: Collaborate with project teams and crew members to keep tasks moving.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
