Welltower’s Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and Redevelopment pipeline continues to expand, encompassing thousands of projects each year across a broad and geographically diverse portfolio of assets. This role is designed to provide independent field-based oversight to ensure project quality, consistency, and adherence to Welltower’s design and construction standards. By validating workmanship, materials, and project schedules, this position helps maintain operational excellence and supports Welltower’s commitment to delivering best-in-class environments across its portfolio.
Project Inspectors will serve as an independent, field-based quality and compliance resource reporting directly VP of Capital. The related reports will be available to the GVP, the Head of Asset Management, the COO and the CFO.
