Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within data centers and heavy industrial sectors. This is a remote travel role with 100% onsite client projects, overtime eligible, and per diem provided.

You will oversee change requests, planning, scheduling, cost tracking, reporting, and coordination with clients and subcontractors, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or combination of experience and/or education.
• 5+ years of direct experience.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time.
• Tactful conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.
• A good understanding of how to read drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with computer-based estimating.
• Knowledge of billing and collections.

About this Role

This is a remote travel role 100% onsite at client projects. Overtime eligible. Per diem provided.

The Project Manager supports the Sr. Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the rapidly expanding data center market. Additional projects span the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and other heavy industrial sectors. The Project Manager will assist overseeing and coordinating various aspects of a project, such as change requests, project planning and scheduling, monitoring project progress, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating with team members and subcontractors, tracking project expenses, and ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget. The junior project engineer may also be responsible for preparing reports and assisting in resolving any project-related issues that arise during the course of the project. Ultimately, the Project Manager plays a key role in helping to ensure that the
project is completed successfully and meets its objectives.
