Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Project Manager - Industrial/Cold Storage

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in Industrial and Cold Storage projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the industrial sector, focusing on cold storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cold storage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Utilize project management software like Procore to track progress and documentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Industrial or Cold Storage Construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project management software, particularly Procore, is a plus.
