Qualifications

• 10 to 20+ years of architectural experience in various project types.
• Architectural license preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Bluebeam.
• Experience working with Revit and BIM workflows is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently through design development, construction documents, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit efforts at the project level including RFP responses, scope and fee estimates, and client interviews.
• Coordinate assembly of proposals, including coordination with consultants.
• Prepare and review client and consultant contracts.
• Provide regular communication and coordination with project team, discipline leads, and project Principal.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and deadlines while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact with clients and consultants.
• Coordinate design processes and facilitate meetings.

Overview

Our client, a well-established multidisciplinary design firm, is seeking a Project Manager - Industrial to lead complex industrial projects from conceptual design through construction. This role oversees large-scale manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehouse, and other industrial facilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with architectural project management experience who can anticipate challenges, develop effective solutions, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior staff. Working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, this individual will help deliver technically complex projects that support people, communities, and commerce while contributing to the continued growth of the firm's Industrial practice.
