Job summary

Messer Construction Co. in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from inception through completion, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and superior client service.

You will drive LEAN planning, cost control, and quality assurance while coordinating with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations. Messer is employee-owned and has a long-standing regional presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Zero Injury safety program for projects.
• Manage relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Drive project schedule and LEAN planning.
• Implement the Quality Leadership System.
• Establish project budgets and cost controls.
• Administer subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Establish project-specific controls, monitor and report.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a ProjectManageryou will lead projects that vary in size and complexity. The primary responsibilities are to ensure that the project teamaccomplishescompany goals through a safe work environment, effective LEAN planning & scheduling, cost control, quality control, coordination of sub-contractors, craft workers, and most of all superior customer service.

What Will You Do:
