Job summary

What Will You Do:

• Provide document control including shop drawings, submittals, change orders, progress photos, and daily reports with mechanical/electrical/plumbing focus.
• Leadthe spatial coordination and assembly of the building information model (BIM) withfocuson the mechanical/electrical/plumbing focus.
• Leads the planning and execution ofscheduled construction activities with MEP focus.
• Capableofprocuringmechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes of work.
• Establishes project level risk assessment and associated controls for mechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes of work.
• Support Zero Injury safety program.
• Support the Quality Leadership System
• Perform other duties as assigned.
