Project Manager - Commercial Millwork

Up to $75,000/year (based on experience)

About the Role

Architectural Millcraft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing commercial millwork or custom woodworking projects and a strong understanding of project coordination from design through installation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial millwork projects from kickoff through completion


• Obtain and verify field dimensions according to project requirements


• Review drawings and coordinate with design, production, and installation teams


• Utilize AutoCAD to interpret and manage project drawings


• Purchase non-stock materials and coordinate deliveries to support project and production schedules


• Monitor production progress and ensure quality standards are met


• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams


• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking environments (commercial experience )


• Proficiency in AutoCAD


• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills


• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay up to $75,000 per year, depending on experience


• Full-time position


• Monday-Friday


• Typical schedule: 45-55 hours per week

Location

• On-site position in Whitestown, IN 46075


• Must be able to reliably commute to the work location


• Relocation required prior to start date if not currently local
