Itzy Ritzy is seeking a Project Manager to drive the development of its product range from concept through delivery. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with overseas manufacturers on costing and production timelines, ensure safety and quality compliance, and maintain comprehensive project documentation in PLM systems. The hybrid schedule in Naperville, IL is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Familiarity with the juvenile category and understanding of safety regulations and standards is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs and PLM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development cycle by owning product schedules to ensure on-time delivery for new item launches.
• Collaborate with product and packaging designers, sales, marketing and operations teams on project goals and deliverables.
• Liaise with overseas manufacturers to manage product costing, sampling and production timelines.

• Effectively communicate regular updates to cross-functional teams on project progress, potential issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure all products meet safety regulations and quality standards specific to juvenile products.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including data management in PLM software and product schedules.

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the development of our product range.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee the entire product development cycle, from concept through to delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position reports to the Vice President of Product Development.

Key Responsibilities:
