Overview
As a Mystery Shopping Project Manager, your main responsibility will be leading various mystery shopping projects, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be collaborating closely with clients and our in-house teams to guarantee timely project delivery, while maintaining a focus on high-quality outcomes. This role also involves hitting key milestones, driving client satisfaction, and constantly seeking ways to improve processes.
Location: Remote (India)
Position: Full-time, permanent contract after probation
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 IST
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource needs, and key milestones.
- Client & Shopper Communication: Serve as the go-to contact for mystery shoppers, keeping lines of communication open and smooth throughout the projects lifecycle.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with teams such as researchers, analysts, and shoppers to ensure all elements of the project are executed seamlessly.
- Quality Control: Keep track of project progress and quality, making adjustments where needed and holding regular check-ins to ensure everything stays on course.
- Data Review: Go through mystery shopping reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations based on findings.
- Project Reporting: Deliver status updates and final reports to clients, emphasizing key findings and outcomes.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in how we conduct mystery shopping and suggest better methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the mystery shopping or market research industry.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Capable of managing several projects and deadlines at once.
- Comfortable with data analysis and report preparation.
- Own pipeline or networking with mystery shopping specialists
