System/Network Administrator Job Description:

The Project Manager will support efforts related to planning, project management, and resource allocation management to implement Strategic I.T. Initiatives, as defined by the contract.

1. Track project status by updating Project Schedules, tracking the progress of assigned work, and communicating with the relevant customer base for each project.
2. Involved in the coordination and management of activities required to achieve the defined Strategic objectives.
3. Provide recommendations to the Government to improve or implement processes to achieve the Strategic Initiatives defined by the Government.
4. Identify, initiate, and drive to closure additional key initiatives necessary for the team to run as an effective infrastructure organization.
5. Provide periodic status updates to the leadership team, the periodicity and format shall be defined by the government.
6. The candidate will identify and document any impediments that may affect the process of a project supporting the Strategic Initiatives defined by the contract.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

1. Experience with I.T. specific project management; to include: gathering requirements, developing plans, presentation, resource management, and Operations management.
2. PMP certification and must have experience supporting the sustainment of an operations environment Required.
3. Experience managing Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD)-sponsored task order contracts.
4. Experience reviewing and analyzing financial expenditure reports.
5. Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP), DAWIA Level II, Program Manager or equivalent.
6. Candidate must have hands-on experience with the customer’s information technology stack.
7. Software Requirements: Windows, Linux, VMware, SNOW.

Entry: $50,000 - $80,000

High School or GED with 0-5 years of experience. Bachelors with 0 Years of experience.

Intermediate (Mid): $70,000 - $130,000

High School or GED with 6-12 years of experience. Bachelors with 2-8 Years of experience.

Senior: $120,000 - $180,000

High School or GED with 13-19 years of experience. Bachelors with 9-15 Years of experience.

Senior Advance: $170,000 +

High School or GED with 20+ years of experience. Bachelors with 15+ Years of experience.

Subject Matter Expert (SME): $140,000 - $220,000

High School or GED with 14 + years of experience. Bachelors with 10+ Years of experience.

Salary Range:

Competitive salary commensurate with clearance levels, unique expertise, critical skill sets, experience, and qualifications. Additional pay stipend will be considered for qualifying candidates. Refer to our RACTSOL LCAT list for all salary ranges.
