The University of Texas at Austin is seeking to hire a Project Manager III (PM3) to serve within Planning, Design and Construction (PDC). PM3 will provide project management and leadership for major Capital Improvement Program (CIP, >= $10M TPC) and minor (< $10M TPC) projects at UT Austin for highly technical, mission critical, and sensitive project types. PDC is currently managing more than $2 billion in major projects in the design and construction phases, and this position is critical for the successful delivery of these projects.

Purpose
Provide professional project management of design and construction projects for university facilities, including new construction, renovations, and refurbishments.

Driving Required
Class "C" operator's license; provide a three-year driving record. Must obtain Texas license if not current resident.
Salary Range
$110,000+ depending on qualifications.
