The client requiresa Project Manager III under the FAST contract to provide senior-levelproject management support for complex, enterprise-level initiatives. The resourcewill be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating projectactivities, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder managementacross cross-functional teams. This role ensures successful deliveryofprojects by maintaining alignment with DPS objectives, governance standards,and established project management methodologies.

Services areexpected to start 09/01/2026 and are expected to complete by 09/01/2027. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 2000 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing bothparties agree to do so in writing.
Services shallbe provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated throughthe Texas Department of Public Safety. Normal business hoursare Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excludingState holidays when the agency is closed.
The primary work location(s) will be at 5805 North Lamar Blvd, Austin,TX 78752. The working position is Hybrid - On Site andTelework. Any and all travel, per diem, parking, and/or livingexpenses shall be at the Candidate's and/or Vendor's expense. TexasDepartment of Public Safety will provide pre-approved, writtenauthorization for travel for any services to be performed away from the primarywork location(s). Pre-approved travel expenses are limited to the rates andcomply with the rules prescribed by the State of Texas for travel by itsclassified employees, including any requirement for original receipts.
The Candidate(s) may be required to work outside the normal business hours onweekends, evenings and holidays, as requested. Payment for work over 40 hourswill be at the hourly rate quoted and must be coordinated and pre-approvedthrough Texas Department of Public Safety.
