What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee early-phase (Phase I) virology studies from start-up to closeout, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Lead regional operations for small to mid-sized studies across multiple geographies
- Manage CROs and vendors, holding them accountable for performance and timelines
- Navigate regulatory landscapes and support study feasibility with country-specific insights
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to hiring decisions within the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of clinical project management experience
- Strong background in early-phase (Phase I) trials
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and vendor management
- Deep knowledge of the full clinical trial lifecycle
- Proficiency in clinical tools and Microsoft Office suite
