Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered.
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate for the role.
  • No required certifications.
  • No required licenses.
  • No required or preferred language assessments.
  • Must not require employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not participate in STEM OPT.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment
  • Meet project objectives within established timeframes
  • Plan, oversee, and communicate across multiple segments for single projects or portfolios
  • Manage and allocate resources and organize work
  • Draft and submit project budget proposals and recommend budget changes
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Partner with internal project liaisons to acquire human and material resources
  • Assign tasks, direct activities, and control project execution
  • Motivate and supervise project team members
  • Track and report progress, analyze results, define project products, and forecast future trends
  • Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Maintain communications for governing bodies and interested parties
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely
  • Apply customer-focused decision-making and manage risks under PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
