Argodata is looking for a Project Manager in Richardson, TX, responsible for delivering business solutions and strategic leadership. This role manages project execution, customer relationships, and quality assurance, showing variability in responsibility based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and various levels of project management experience, with a strong understanding of SDLC and excellent communication skills. A commitment to presence in the office for collaboration is essential.
The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of ARGO’s business solutions to customers and providing strategic leadership to customers and to ARGO’s business initiatives. They are responsible for the overall success of the project with accountability for project and customer relationship management, employee and team management, and execution. Responsibilities also include short‑term and long‑term planning, executing project plans, detecting and assessing risk, ensuring a high level of quality, controlling and monitoring project schedules, budget review, getting results from teams, and expert knowledge of software implementation. The role scales in responsibility based on experience level, from managing small‑scale projects independently to leading large, complex engagements and mentoring other project managers.
The position is based in our Richardson, TX office. Daily physical presence in the office is required for interaction with co‑workers, attending meetings, and for collaboration on projects.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; sit stationary; constantly operate computer keyboard and office equipment; talk or hear, to communicate with employees, and/or customers (must be able to exchange accurate information in various situations). The employee is required to regularly communicate with other employees, confer or coordinate with other employees.
