Create and maintain metrics, project files, and tracking reports (time, finances, schedules).
Assess deliverables to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
Identify and mitigate project risks; address performance issues.
Deliver presentations on project status to management.
Identify opportunities to improve project processes.
