HNTB Corporation seeks a project leader to transform a design vision into a coordinated, high-quality deliverable within a major federal program. You will guide multidisciplinary teams from concept through delivery, coordinating schedule, budget, and scope while ensuring client satisfaction on large projects.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, client liaison, budget and program management, and QA across administrative and technical tasks.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of successful management of Architecture projects.

We are looking for a project leader who knows how to turn an ambitious design vision into a coordinated, high-quality deliverable. The opportunity is part of a major federal planning, architecture and engineering program and requires more than traditional project management. We need someone who can lead multidisciplinary teams through production, align architects and engineers, navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive construction documents from concept through delivery. This opportunity entails being responsible for leading large sized projects. Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budget and scope of work to completion and meet the client's satisfaction. What You’ll Do

• Responsible for preparation for of strategic plans for project success.
• Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Actively manages client’s budget, schedule and program as well as HNTB’s budget and schedule.
• Administers project communications and documentation.
• Oversees office administrative tasks and project team assignments.
• Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on small to medium size projects.
• Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, both administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
• Coordinates work efforts and reviews work performed.
• Integrates quality control measures during all phases of design.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field and 10 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of successful management of Architecture projects.

What We Prefer

• USACE Experience
• Revit skills
• History of successful leadership on projects
• Experience leading projects and teams

What We Prefer

• RA, RID, or PE
• 12 years of relevant experience

The approximate pay range for Virginia is $145,993.46 - $228,348.77. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position based on all selected locations within the state at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
