A leading company in supply chain solutions seeks a Project Manager II to oversee medium to high complexity projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. How Will You Make an Impact?As a Project Manager II, you will lead medium to high complexity projects and initiatives aligned with company strategy, overseeing efforts from concept through implementation. You will drive collaboration across multi-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, mitigate risks, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your leadership will play a critical role in delivering impactful outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
What Will You Do?Project Planning & Execution:
Define clear project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
Create and manage detailed project plans with milestones and timelines.
Develop Statements of Work (SOW), business cases, and functional requirements.
Forecast project budgets, staffing needs, and timelines, and manage performance against them.
Own the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder & Team Management:
Form and lead strong cross-functional, cross-divisional, and cross-cultural teams.
Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing consistent updates and ensuring alignment.
Facilitate effective communication between departments, project teams, leadership, and customers.
Coach and mentor team members; provide regular feedback and support professional growth.
Performance & Risk Management:
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project health.
Conduct project risk reviews and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement corrective actions efficiently.
Monitor project financials, identify variances, and communicate impact to leadership.
Customer & Strategic Alignment:
Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
Drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals and strategic direction.
Participate in the development of long-term project and portfolio strategies.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Adhere to company security, health, and safety policies.
Ensure compliance with project management best practices and internal procedures.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field required.
3–5 years of experience managing medium-to-large projects in a related industry.
Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or engineering services is a plus.
PMP Certification preferred or actively pursuing.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication with all organizational levels.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and project tracking tools.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive performance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
