Job summary

Metcalf Builders, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager II to join our Las Vegas construction team. The role reports to the VP of Operations or Project Executive and focuses on coordinating and managing projects to ensure safety, budget, and schedule goals are met.

The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, the ability to identify changes in plans, and effective communication to ensure project success. Five years in construction PM is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs project coordination duties and project management to ensure safety, budget adherence, schedule, and profit.
• Supervises project activities and provides leadership for projects and the company.
• Contributes to safe, professional execution of all assigned projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

PROJECT MANAGER II

Metcalf Builders, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to join our construction team. Someone who will help expand on our core values of Safety, Integrity, Trust, and Excellence.

The Project Manager II reports to the VP of Operations or Project Executive as directed. Duties and responsibilities of the position include the following: performs project coordination duties; performs project management duties to assure that all projects are completed in a safe, professional manner, within budget and schedule guidelines, and at a fair profit; performs or supervises project activities; and performs other duties as assigned.
