Responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction on complex projects and establish objectives through planning and budgets.
• Serve as the primary client contact and monitor construction and financial activities with the project team.
• Direct and oversee staff, manage cost and schedule, and ensure project safety and risk management.
• Maintain client relationships and generate technical records as required.
• Ensure a safe work environment and drive project execution to meet commitments.

Summary

The Project Manager II provides overall management direction on complex project(s). Establishes project objectives through planning and budgets, serves as the primary point of contact with the client, and monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Project Team. Responsible for the financial results of the project. Responsible for safety on the project by perpetuating the IIF culture.
