Job summary

TouchPoint, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Development Project Manager to partner directly with the CEO and C-suite on M&A and key strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and status tracking for Corporate Development, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and the CEO's office, plus M&A diligence and integration.
• Spot risks and dependencies early to prevent delays.
• Lead regular check-ins and follow up on action items.
• Create executive-ready status decks and dashboards with minimal rework.
• Tailor updates for audiences from CEO to General Counsel.
• Research industries, markets, and companies to identify potential acquisition targets.
• Turn findings into clear target profiles and screens for leadership.
• Own the Deal Flow CRM and drive adoption across the business.
• Gather input from HR, Legal, Finance, and IT, and push back when needed.
• Work with VP of Corporate Development to prioritize requests from six executives.

Work directly with the CEO and C-suite on M&A and the company's most important initiatives.

As Corporate Development Project Manager, you'll partner daily with TouchPoint's senior leadership team: the VP of Corporate Development, CEO, CFO, CHRO, General Counsel, and CIO. You'll keep enterprise initiatives and M&A deals moving on schedule and help find the companies TouchPoint acquires next.

If you're a project manager who loves research, or an analyst who loves getting things done, this role combines both.

What you'll do

• Own the Deal Flow CRM, the system of record for pipeline volume and quality, and drive its adoption across the business.
• Gather input from HR, Legal, Finance, and IT partners, and push back respectfully, even with senior leaders, when something doesn't hold up.
• Work with the VP of Corporate Development to prioritize competing demands from six executives.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or another STEM field.
• 2–4 years of experience combining project coordination with research or analysis, for example in corporate strategy, business development, consulting, or a cross-functional operations role.
• Strong Excel skills; you can organize and track data independently.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up research, reporting, or project tracking. Be ready to share specific examples.
• The ability to research companies and markets and turn the findings into clear, structured summaries.
• Clear, concise writing that needs little editing.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders who don't report to you.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities, since live deals move fast and unpredictably.
