Position Overview
The Project Manager reports to the Director of Project Management and oversees multiple wet pipeline projects. The role involves collaborating with partners to plan, execute, and complete projects, representing the company in client communications, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality deliverables. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule.

Location and Benefits
This position is based on-site in Corona, California. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus may be available for candidates willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client coordination and communication.
  • Review project deliverables including drawings, calculations, permits.
  • Lead project meetings, technical reviews, and progress updates with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop scopes of work, optimize equipment suggestions, and identify value-added options.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, Gantt charts, and deliverables.
  • Forecast and complete sewer, storm drain, and structure take-offs.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including team, materials, and time.
  • Estimate costs and forecast future project needs.
  • Understand large diameter storm drain constraints, crane requirements, and shoring techniques.
  • Knowledge of PVC/SDR35, VCP, C-900, HDPE SD, RCP SD, and fittings.
  • Understand open cut construction, shoring methods, detention basins, and street work.
  • Communicate effectively with trades, clients, vendors, and teams.
  • Read and interpret project specifications, soils reports, and requirements.
  • Draft bid revisions and articulate change orders clearly.
  • Manage resources for prevailing wage projects and phases.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Greenbook and Caltrans standards.
  • Utilize historical data and understand general construction processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of project management experience in wet pipeline projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Ability to interpret civil plans and project deliverables.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and oral.
  • Valid CA Driver’s License with a good driving record.

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 annually, based on experience.
