  • Build confidence in interviewing, presenting, and pitching to prospective clients
  • Represent the company at kickoff, mid-project, and closeout gatherings to strengthen relationships and leave a lasting impression
  • Maintain proactive, clear, and professional communication with project partners, prioritizing verbal communication followed by written documentation
  • Manage project issues by presenting both the problem and potential solutions to your Team Lead
  • Deliver performance feedback and contribute to formal reviews for direct reports
  • Delegate effectively, oversee workload balance, and provide support to junior staff
  • Provide mentorship, oversight, and support to Project Engineers and Project Coordinators
  • Participate in onboarding and training for new team members; present ongoing process improvement and best-practice trainings
  • Serve as the final point of accountability, ensuring all project requirements are completed accurately and to standard, with full ownership of team performance and deliverables.

  • Manage claims, financial reconciliation, and closeout processes, including contingency resolution and Day 2 work planning
  • Oversee job cost details and financial forecasting; manage cost recovery, GRs, contingency, and allowances.
  • Accurately develop and manage monthly project profit forecasts independently.
Project Management, Coordination, & Execution
  • Manage multiple tasks with the assistance of your Team Lead
  • Participate in initial project setup, including permitting, project folder creation, and schedule development in partnership with the Superintendent
