Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Inland Empire to lead the overall direction and financial outcome of a construction project, directing contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling to ensure quality and profitability within our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

The role requires ten or more years in commercial construction PM, five+ years supervising subcontractors, and experience with PM software (Constructware, P6, Timberline) and JD

Qualifications

• BS degree in CM, Eng, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience in project management.
• 5+ years supervising subcontractors.
• Experience with PM software (Constructware, P6, Timberline) and financial projections.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar construction software.

Summary

Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Inland Empire. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. In this position, the incumbent directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitable, adhering to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Ten years or more of commercial construction experience in project management.
• Five years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Experience with project manager software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
• Experience with cost projection, financialanalysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).

PreferredRequirements

• DSA Project experience a plus.
• Local qualified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Current or previous Large Projects (Ground-Up) project experience, highly desired.

The base compensation range for the role of Project Managerin Inland Empire posted above is $120,000 to $160,000 annually.
