Job summary

Liberty University seeks dynamic Project Managers (Levels I–IV) to plan, coordinate, and execute campus construction and renovation projects. You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and phasing with stakeholders, and oversee safety, quality, and compliance across active sites.

Roles may supervise others, use Procore, CMMS and Bluebeam, and engage with design professionals, engineers, contractors, and university departments to deliver capital initiatives from planning to closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and managing multiple projects through full lifecycle.
• Ability to coordinate with designers, engineers, and contractors.
• Familiarity with building codes, ADA, safety/environmental regulations.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage or support multiple projects from concept through closeout.
