Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Project Manager I for a 16‑month temporary assignment. The role, fully remote from New York, involves coordinating multiple small projects end‑to‑end under guidance from a Senior Project Manager.

• Partner with stakeholders to establish expectations, communicate progress, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while supporting leadership and governance forums.

What You\'ll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven general management, project analysis or project management experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Program Governance, RAID/RAIDD Management & Executive Reporting
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Integrated Planning, Milestone Tracking & Dependency Management
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management & Program Coordination

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor's Degree
• Banking, payments, wire modernization, or financial services experience
• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages.
• Ideal candidates have managed RAIDD logs, integrated plans, dependency tracking, executive reporting, and governance forums for large cross-functional technology programs.
