About the Opportunity
- We\'re looking for a Project Manager I to coordinate and deliver multiple small-sized technical and non-technical projects from initiation through close. Working alongside a Senior Project Manager, you\'ll manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication while helping project teams stay aligned and focused on successful outcomes.

What You\'ll Do
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, requirements, deliverables, and resource plans.
- Coordinate project execution, monitor performance and variances, manage approved scope changes, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Partner with stakeholders and project team members to establish expectations, communicate progress, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while supporting team collaboration through leadership, mentoring, training, and motivation.
- Support larger project initiatives and ensure projects follow applicable risk, regulatory, quality, and internal control standards.
What You\'ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven general management, project analysis or project management experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Program Governance, RAID/RAIDD Management & Executive Reporting
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Integrated Planning, Milestone Tracking & Dependency Management
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management & Program Coordination
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree
- Banking, payments, wire modernization, or financial services experience
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages.
- Ideal candidates have managed RAIDD logs, integrated plans, dependency tracking, executive reporting, and governance forums for large cross-functional technology programs.
