Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking a Project Manager I to provide overall management direction on less complex projects, establish objectives through planning and budgets, and serve as the primary client contact. You will monitor construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent, ensuring safety and successful delivery.

The role emphasizes financial results, client relations, and adherence to IIF safety culture, with compensation ranging from $97,692 to $127,000 annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position is expected to range from $97,692 to $127,000 annually.
