Job Overview

We seek a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager (HVAC/Clean Room) to lead the execution of specialized projects in San Jose, CA. This role demands a skilled professional with extensive experience in HVAC systems, clean room construction, and the intricacies of the mechanical construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee HVAC and clean room projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Work with engineering teams to analyze designs, resolve air flow systems, HVAC, and filtration challenges, and maintain compliance with clean room specifications.
• Establish strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring procurement meets project requirements.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure cost efficiency and financial integrity.
• Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations while maintaining accurate project records.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven project management experience in HVAC, clean room, or mechanical construction projects.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated local and stable work history in the San Jose, CA region, with a deep understanding of regional industry practices and standards.
