About the Role

Hu is looking for a chocolate‑loving Project Manager. A good candidate will have experience in Project Management and a willingness to learn and grow. A great candidate will have a strong knowledge of CPG Project Management, the innerworkings of a supply chain, and strong verbal and written skills. This position will be part of the Operations team, with very high visibility to the rest of the organization’s cross‑functional partners.

The position can be based anywhere in the US and will report to our Sr Manager Innovation & External Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead various types of projects (Innovation, Renovation, Productivity)
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines in Smartsheet
• Work collaboratively with a cross functional project team (including Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Sales) to understand dependencies and potential roadblocks
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to execute projects successfully
• Proactively communicate and elevate project risks such as first production timing and resource constraints
• Ability to take on additional ad hoc project related tasks
• Ability to work in a fast paced agile environment

About You

Are you a control freak and maniacally detail‑oriented? Then Hu would be honored to have your help. The requirements of the role are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or other business‑related concentration
• 1-2 years in CPG Project Management experience, or related Project Management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, GS1, or Microsoft Project preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate information with internal and external partners
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast paced, rapid growth start‑up environment

The base salary range for this position is $73,900 to $101,650; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
