Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a senior Human Capital professional to identify strategic workforce challenges and drive data-driven improvements. The position requires 3+ project management experience and AdventHealth Residency program involvement, plus broad knowledge of MS Office and analytics.

Job Description:

Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Location: Orlando, FL

  • Identifies key human capital challenges and opportunities through comprehensive research and analysis.
  • Conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of current human capital strategies.
  • Develops and implements innovative solutions to address human capital issues and improve organizational performance.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for human capital strategy development.
  • Analyzes workforce trends and metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Reports findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear and actionable formats.
  • Designs and executes human capital initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives. Monitors and evaluates the impact of implemented human capital strategies. Provides guidance and support to managers and employees on human capital matters. Utilizes data-driven approaches to optimize talent management processes. Develops and maintains reporting mechanisms to track and communicate the progress of human capital initiatives. Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies in all human capital activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, as demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines [Required]

Field of Study:
  • In Healthcare, Human Resources, Social Science(s), Business, or related field
Work Experience:
  • 3+ human resources and/or healthcare experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Change Management Certification (PROSCI) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$73,507.20 - $136,739.20
