  • Manage assigned HR and Legal initiatives by developing integrated project plans, establishing milestones, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and keeping initiatives on schedule.
  • Coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Business Technology, Store Operations, Real Estate, Purchasing, Marketing, and other business partners.
  • Track and coordinate HR initiatives across areas such as organizational effectiveness, talent, culture, systems, programs, and employee experience.
  • Track and coordinate Legal initiatives across areas such as legal operations, technology, compliance, risk management, litigation support, and external partner management.
  • Support the implementation of emerging AI tools and capabilities across HR and Legal use cases.
  • Maintain and coordinate the annual HR and Legal operating calendars, including major initiatives, strategic planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, leadership meetings, litigation and regulatory reviews, compliance deadlines, and other key milestones.
  • Coordinate the annual planning cycle for HR and Legal, including strategic priorities, goals, budget planning, workforce planning, talent reviews, compensation planning, compliance calendars, regulatory deadlines, and continuing education or conference planning.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, executive briefings, status reports, dashboards, decision documents, and other materials for the Executive Leadership Team, HR Leadership Team, Legal Leadership Team, and senior leaders.
  • Maintain action logs, decision trackers, meeting summaries, project dashboards, risk registers, and other tools that reinforce accountability and organizational discipline.
  • Track executive decisions, owners, due dates, risks, dependencies, escalations, and follow-up actions to prevent strategic work from stalling between meetings.
  • Support portfolio prioritization, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting across HR and Legal initiatives.
  • Coordinate outside counsel and vendor activities, including project timelines, deliverables, and fee arrangement tracking, in partnership with Legal leadership.
  • Anticipate potential issues before they become problems, elevate concerns appropriately, and develop practical solutions that keep work moving forward.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners through reliable execution, clear communication, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • Perform other related duties and support special projects as assigned.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, build integrated project plans, track dependencies, mitigate risk, and deliver results in a fast-paced organization.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and preparing clear, concise materials for executive audiences.
