Job summary

rand* construction corporation seeks a Project Manager based in Houston, TX. You will oversee the project from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and quality workmanship across interiors, retail, and renovations.

You will coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to meet budget and schedule. The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and mastery of Procore and Microsoft Project to manage contracts and project finances

Qualifications

The Project Manager is a position of great responsibility, requiring complete technical knowledge of the construction process with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction. The Project Manager is the main point of contact responsible for the project’s organization, implementation and completion to the satisfaction of the client.

Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
  • A four year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education may be substituted
  • Knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, architects, employees
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills
  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Ability to conduct job cost and cash flow analysis including the preparation of reports and budget management
  • Good understanding of contracts
  • Mastery of all Procore modules, including Project Management and Financial Management tools
  • Mastery of Microsoft Project and the implications of changes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
