You will oversee multiple projects, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the project from award to closing.
• Prepare estimates, submittals, change orders, pay applications.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management and concrete restoration high rise buildings.
• Familiarity with construction management software, Procore, excel, computer savvy.
