Accounting Search is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil highway/bridge work in the Naples, FL area. You will own budgets, schedules, and subcontracts, leading engineers, APMs and field superintendents on FDOT projects. Relocation to SW Florida is welcome for the right candidate.

The role requires 7+ years on FDOT/heavy civil projects, a Civil Engineering or Construction degree, and proficiency with Primavera P6 or HCSS. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with solid benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years in heavy civil highway/bridge/DOT projects with PM or senior APM role.
• FDOT project experience required.
• Strong budgets, forecasts, pay estimates and change orders.

An established heavy civil contractor with a long track record on FDOT work is hiring a Project Manager in Naples. This is a strong opportunity for a Project Manager, or a Senior Project Engineer or APM ready for the full seat, who wants to run highway and bridge work for a stable employer with steady work in Southwest Florida. You'll own your projects from start to closeout on cost, schedule, subcontracts and the owner relationship, much of it FDOT work. SW Florida locals are great, and candidates ready to relocate are welcome.

What You'll Be Responsible For

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years on heavy civil highway, bridge or DOT projects, with time as a Project Manager or a senior APM running the job
• FDOT project experience
• Four year degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science
• Strong on budgets, forecasts, pay estimates and change orders
• Clear communicator with owners, inspectors and the field
• Bridge experience is a plus
• Primavera P6 or HCSS is a plus
• Based in SW Florida or ready to relocate to Naples
