Management Performance Associates in Naples, FL is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil highway and bridge work with FDOT involvement. You will own budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts while leading engineers, APMs, and field superintendents through subcontracting, procurement, and pay estimates.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years on FDOT heavy civil projects, a four-year civil engineering related degree, and strong communication with owners and inspectors.

Qualificações

• 7+ years on heavy civil highway, bridge or DOT projects in PM or senior APM role
• FDOT project experience
• Four-year degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science
• Strong budgets, forecasts, pay estimates and change orders
• Clear communicator with owners, inspectors and field
• Bridge experience is a plus
• Based in SW Florida or willing to relocate to Naples

Responsabilidades

An established heavy civil contractor with a long track record on FDOT work is hiring a Project Manager in Naples. This is a strong opportunity for a Project Manager, or a Senior Project Engineer or APM ready for the full seat, who wants to run highway and bridge work for a stable employer with steady work in Southwest Florida. You'll own your projects from start to closeout on cost, schedule, subcontracts and the owner relationship, much of it FDOT work. SW Florida locals are great, and candidates ready to relocate are welcome.

What You'll Be Responsible For

What We're Looking For

• Primavera P6 or HCSS is a plus
• Based in SW Florida or ready to relocate to Naples
