Regenity Biosciences in New Jersey is seeking a Project Manager, Healthcare Products to lead cross‑functional programs from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery and rigorous design controls.

You will optimize resource allocation, communicate with stakeholders and executives, and drive PMO continuous improvement while maintaining ISO and FDA compliance in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in the medical device industry.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide crossfunctional program leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives and programs.
• Execute program plans (schedule, risk management, communication, resources) and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Optimize resource allocation with functional leaders across divisions/site.

Position Summary/ Objectives

The Project Manager, Healthcare Products is responsible for providing cross-functional program leadership to ensure projects achieve desired outcomes from product definition through product commercialization. This leader will help teams define and achieve the objectives and goals required to complete projects on time and within budget. Their focus will be on driving high levels of collaboration and execution across teams. They will ensure effective management of portfolios with a focus on effective design control and risk taking. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide crossfunctional program leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives, innovation portfolio and programs.
• Execute program plans (schedule, risk management, communication, resources, etc.), capture and communicate program status to maintain accurate and current program information for the use of stakeholders.
• Optimize resource allocation of projects in partnership with functional leaders across divisions/site.
• Track overall program progress and provide detailed management status reports. Ensure projects are run in compliance with company, FDA, and ISO procedures.
• Oversee and provide guidance across all phases of the product development lifecycle process from concept to commercialization.
• Cultivate and manage program stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications, both internal and external to the organization.
• Present data and recommend program improvements to senior leadership.
• Originate and drive Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities.

Education, Experience, and Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree and/or MBA preferred.
• Program Management Professional or Portfolio Management Professional certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
• 5+ years of experience in a project management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet or other.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in addition to having the ability to effectively communicate within the project teams as well as to top level management
• Collaborative leader who excels in leading through ambiguity
• Ability and experience with communicating effectively with executive leaders.
• Understanding ISO and FDA guidelines as they apply to Product Development
• Excellent organization and time management/multitasking skills (comfortable in an ambiguous and fastpaced environment, operating at both strategic and tactical levels)

Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 per year
