Project Manager – Healthcare & Life Sciences Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. The role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects in healthcare and life sciences.
2. Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to meet project goals.
3. Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
5. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
6. Assist in developing preconstruction estimates and schedules.
7. Lead on-site meetings and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience with healthcare and/or life sciences projects is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in managing subcontractors, cost control, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
