Project Manager Healthcare Construction Technology

AMSYS Innovative Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Technology Project Manager to oversee hospital infrastructure projects focused on low voltage technology, clinical systems, and smart building integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage low voltage and clinical technology construction scopes including nurse call, structured cabling, access control, AV, and facility IT
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Coordinate with General Contractors, BTD, and client teams on scheduling and scope alignment
  • Track milestones, safety compliance, documentation, and project delivery
  • Manage change orders, bid pricing, and procurement
  • Support Smart Building integration and emerging tech adoption in healthcare environments

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in project management within healthcare construction or low voltage technology
  • Familiarity with hospital systems and construction site coordination
  • Strong understanding of safety standards (OSHA, BICSI a plus)
  • Ability to manage documentation, schedules, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
