Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare and an active PMP certification to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple end-to-end healthcare projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to gather requirements, define scope, and develop detailed project plans.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs; ensure timely communication of status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensure stakeholder alignment, and drive decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare regulations and standards.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) for documentation and reporting.
